We are looking for line cooks for our fast-paced and conscientious kitchen. This is a full-time, seasonal position with competitive pay and the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful and unique island. Work with our growers and learn what happens from seed to plate, bask on Nantucket’s pristine beaches, forage for wild blueberries (and other goodies) or just relish the company of our tight-knit community. The ideal candidate is passionate, respectful, even-tempered and self-motivated. You will be responsible for prep, execution, and cleanliness. Requirements include:
- A firm foundation in technique, with at least one year of high-end cooking experience
- A strong desire to learn and grow (culinary education is preferred)
- Ability to get along well with others and have fun while you work
- A true appreciation for feeding people and making them happy!
